Common questions
What counts as a credit?
Each note review uses one credit. Proofreading passes after a review are free. 100 reviews per seat comfortably covers heavy monthly use.
How do team credits work?
An agency’s seats form a shared monthly pool (100 × seats). Any member’s reviews draw from the pool, and the admin seat doesn’t consume a seat.
What’s the difference between individual and agency?
